Remove an image

If an intimate image of you was shared on MakeItLit! without your consent, tell us where it is and we'll take it down within 48 hours of a complete request. You don't need an account, and you don't need to send us the image.

How removal works. You, or someone allowed to act for you, can ask us to remove it. A complete request has: (1) your signature (typing your full name counts); (2) enough detail for us to find the image; (3) a statement that the person shown didn't consent to it being shared; (4) a way to contact you. Within 48 hours of a complete request we remove the image and make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies on MakeItLit!, and we email you what we did, with your reference number. Who posted it? (if you know) Their username, or the name on their profile Describe it What it shows, in general terms, and where and when you saw it: enough for us to find it. Anything that shows it wasn't consented to (optional) For example: they said they'd post it, or it was taken without you knowing. The person in the image was under 18 when it was taken. (We remove it at once and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as the law requires.)
